Fees
Before you commit to Construction & Building Permit Drawings, you may want to know how much you can add to your existing home and what it would look like after it's renovated. For a small fee, I will prepare Renovation & Design Report for your renovation or a new home and Feasibility Study that will consists of the basic Design Proposal and a Zoning By-Law analysis.
Fees for Construction and Building Permit Drawings will vary depending on size and details of the project. You will be charged only for the time needed to do the job.
To give you a proper quote, I will ask you to provide me with a sufficient information about your project:
- detailed description of the planned work
- photographs and sketches
